Hope to do business again! Took my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and was greeted quickly and courteously. Asked them check my AC and brakes and advisor said he would take care of it. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend them. Very fast, efficient, courteous, professional, knowledgeable.
Love the Express service option. Scheduled with regular service and when I got there they recommended Express which saved me a lot of time. I will continue buying vehicles from this excellent team. Great guys I'll continue to drive the extra miles to work with Olathe Jeep. They were very efficient and communicated professionally. They were proactive and even asked after the sale how things were going. Was greeted by Michael Croft immediately. After explaining what I wanted done, he explained the approximate wait time and apologized for the wait. I appreciated knowing this and was pleased that my Jeep was finished within the estimated time.
He made the process very simple, and I was lucky enough to find exactly what I was looking for n the lot. Customer service was fantastic!! The young man was helpful and professional. In addition to a routine oil change, I had a "check engine light" on because of a loose gas cap. Wasn't sure but happy with the fast service. Michael Croft very friendly and genuine.
Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right vehicle. When the exact vehicle I wanted was not on their lot they worked diligently to locate the exact vehicle. The dealership then transported the vehicle to their lot for purchase. All departments made this process very smooth. This is my 3rd new vehicle purchase from Olathe Dodge. Rocky and Mitch are awesome in service as well. I have , miles on a Chrysler using dealer conventional. The salesman was not pushy and was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Jeep wave to ya, Chris! Was done in less time. I was very impressed at how professional the customer service rep was. A different shop was clueless and sloppy about the same issue. A very good experience. I will be using them in the future. I brought my Jeep in for an oil change, balance and tire rotation. Steering wheel was a bit greasy. Wifey had to wipe off.
They kept me posted on how long it would take. I was even officially escorted back to my truck at the end! We enjoyed the humor and professional attitude of the entire staff involved in the sale of our new Pacifica. Olathe did a second inspection and discovered the problem without hesitation nor did they make me wait too long without an appointment. Honest service and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them. Everyone was friendly. Service department does very good quality work at a fair price. Definitely will recommend to everyone i know! Each time I called Olathe I was given another reason it was not completed and another time for completion. It was to the point that I did not plan on ever going back to Olathe Dodge. I definitely will return for oil changes, multi-system checks and tire rotation in the future. I was able to tell her which ones I wanted to look at off the website and she had them pulled and ready so we could take them on a test drive.

Great guys to work with!! We operate a small repair shop in st Joseph mo and sell vehicles as well. One of our customers purchased a dodge ram from us and was having radio issues. We ordered a used replacement radio for him and installed it. Service writer Jerry Peoples got me to shop foreman Gary Long. Gary examined it, asked questions, and ordered materials and had the seat rebuilt. It feels better, and I anticipate the problem is fixed!
The salesman was thorough and professional! Had no issues and the truck was clean and full of fuel upon my arrival. His team did a great job finding the problem in the shortest amount of time. I was not able to fix the vehicle due to the financial constraints and the costs involved. I felt very comfortable with him and his ability to relate to his customers. Hit a deer. Insurance claim on a rear quarter panel and bumper. The work was perfect. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He even delivered the vehicle to our house.

I especially liked that I was able to take my Jeep home to test drive so I could tell if it was the right vehicle for me. Sales person very communicative and very willing to answer any and all questions. Communicated by text which is what I like and didn't keep me waiting needlessly at the dealership.
I've worked in dealerships and this is how I always thought it would work! Awesome customer service from the salesman to to the finance guy. I would send anyone there looking for a new c at or truck. Sid was very accommodating and worked hard to find me exactly what I needed. I am very happy with my Jeep and will definitely be back.

They made buying a vehicle as easy as possible. Response times were quick and efficient, they answered all of our questions and they were just pleasant to work with. I would recommend my family and friends to work with Brianna and Braulio! I am now missing an air filter screw but that could have been a manufactured flaw. Overall I would recommend this dealer!
Bought a certified car. Wasnt what I needed or expected. No one has called me back for over 4 days. I called every day and all i get is managers are busy and will call you back, but never did. Mitch always makes my visit thorough and convenient. The service is fast, fair and always well done. Helped us anyway he could, was not pushy about anything, and very easy to work with. Dominic in finance was nice, was informative but didn't try to oversell any extras. He was also very kind to our children 1 and 2. I'm a 22 year old fresh graduate looking for a new car after an unfortunate total.
I'm absolutely referring any of my friends who want a Jeep to her and this dealership. However, I was told on the phone about 45 minutes for an oil change, that ended up taking Almost an hour and a half double time. Great customer service, they listen to your needs and work with you to help you find just what you are looking for. All my car needs were addressed and taken care of. Chance handled all of my requests and kept me informed.
